DirectFlow Business Privacy Policy

1. Legal Entity Operating DirectFlow
This platform is operated by: EIGHTY SIX CODE DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION IN COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND PROGRAMS - L.L.C, registered under the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi, UAE Mainland.
2. Information We Collect from Businesses
Upon registration and use of the DirectFlow Business Portal, we collect the following data from your business:
- Business name
- Business email
- Contact phone number
- Trade license
- VAT certificate (if applicable)
- Passport copy and Emirates ID of the authorized signatory
All documents submitted are stored securely on our internal servers.
3. Customer Data Visibility
As a registered business using DirectFlow:
- You will have access to customer data only for users who place orders with your business. This includes:
- Name
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Order details
- You may export your own customer database from within the portal.
- You will not have access to customer data from other businesses using DirectFlow.
To improve user experience, DirectFlow stores customers' delivery information across the platform. This allows customers to reuse saved addresses when ordering from any business on DirectFlow. However, a customer's address will only be visible to your business after they place an order with you.
4. WhatsApp Marketing Consent
- Customer consent for WhatsApp marketing is off by default.
- Consent is collected only after a customer places their first order.
- At that point, customers are asked to opt in or out of receiving marketing messages.
- Businesses cannot manually upload external customer lists into the marketing system.
- This ensures that only customers who have given explicit consent receive promotional messages.
5. Payments & Payment Data
- Businesses are required to connect their own payment gateway accounts to receive payments.
- All customer payments go directly to the business.
- DirectFlow does not store or access any card or payment information.
6. Analytics & Logs
We collect the following for system analytics and diagnostics:
- Usage logs (activity within the Business Portal)
- Device and browser information
- Google Analytics data
- Microsoft Clarity data
This data is used to improve performance, usability, and service reliability.
7. Third-Party Services & Integrations
DirectFlow uses third-party services and APIs to enhance platform functionality:
- Payment gateway providers (various)
- Meta WhatsApp Business API
- Meta Commerce API
- Google Analytics
- Microsoft Clarity
These third parties may have their own privacy policies. Use of their features is subject to their terms.
8. Account Termination & Data Deletion
Once your account is terminated:
- All business-related information is removed from the system.
- Legal documents (e.g., trade license, Emirates ID, passport) may be retained if required for compliance or audit purposes.
